Vertical Filter Nozzle Seal Gaskets are a sealing element used in piping systems, typically at the nozzle and filtrate orifice connection. The gasket is placed between the nozzle and the filter plate to fill gaps in the piping connection and prevent liquid or gas leakage.
Nozzle seal gaskets can be made of different materials, including rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and others. Each material has specific properties and uses. For example, rubber sealing gaskets have better elasticity and corrosion resistance and can be used for many different liquids and gases. PTFE gaskets, on the other hand, have higher chemical and temperature resistance and are suitable for a number of specialized industrial applications. Choosing the right nozzle gasket depends on factors such as pipe usage, temperature, pressure and media.
Check the plate layer, if found that the leakage of the plate layer should be ascertained as soon as possible whether it is caused by the failure of the sealing gasket, the sealing gasket should be replaced in a timely and regular manner.
